Because of the COVID-19 crisis, all registered, eligible voters may still vote by Absentee ballot and should check the box “Temporary Illness” as the reason for requesting an Absentee Ballot. Please visit NYC BOE for more information.
Important Deadlines

Fri, June 3
Last day to postmark your voter registration or register to vote in-person if you are not yet registered to vote. You can check your voter registration status at: voterlookup.elections.ny.gov

Weds, June 8
The Board of Elections must receive any change to the address where you are registered to vote.

Tues, June 13
You must postmark, apply online, email, or fax the completed application for a Primary Absentee ballot. We do not recommend requesting your ballot at the last minute.

Tues, June 28
Your ballot must be postmarked by this date. We do not recommend mailing it at the last minute. You can also drop it off at any poll site.
